The PHEONiiX studio

PHEONiiX presents independent games and music at pheoniix.com. These terms cover use of the studio website and its games. Any additional terms clearly shown by a game or external provider also apply to that service.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and respect other players. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate shared scores or send abusive or sensitive material through game-session features. Do not impersonate others. Invalid scores may be refused or removed.

Games in development

Our games are works in progress. Features, graphics, gameplay and performance may change. Promotional artwork may differ from gameplay. Access, compatibility, saved progress and online features may be affected by updates, maintenance or service interruptions.

Game saves and settings may depend on your browser and website address. Clearing site data or switching browsers can remove locally stored progress. Use available save-backup controls before clearing data. Progress does not automatically transfer between devices.

Music and other providers

The music page links to PHEONiiX on Suno. Listening, accounts, subscriptions and other actions completed there are governed by Suno’s terms and privacy practices. Other external destinations likewise have their own terms.

Artwork, names and content

Artwork, music, game content, names and other material may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by PHEONiiX or their respective owners. Access does not grant an unrestricted right to republish, sell or redistribute that material. Specific permissions or licenses shown for a work apply to that work.

You retain your rights in submitted material. Player names and other submissions must respect other people’s rights. Names and scores submitted to a public leaderboard are displayed to other visitors.

Purchases

The studio currently offers no checkout or paid subscription. Purchases through external providers are subject to their terms. Any future PHEONiiX purchase flow will display its prices and applicable purchase terms before payment.

Availability and your rights

The website and games may be interrupted for development, maintenance or circumstances outside our control. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and updates

Read our Privacy Policy for information about website delivery and game data. Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated effective date. Any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
