What this policy covers

This policy describes the PHEONiiX studio at pheoniix.com, its music page and its games. Visiting the studio does not itself start a game session.

Visiting the studio

The studio and music pages do not ask you to create an account, submit a contact form or provide payment details. They use locally hosted artwork and fonts and do not embed a music player.

We use Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security. Web delivery processes technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Technical logs help diagnose failures and protect the services. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and browser performance. Game saves and online play

Games store progress, settings and player identifiers in your browser. These records can remain until the game replaces them or you remove them. Changing browser or clearing website data can remove progress.

Online game features exchange room codes, player names or identifiers, game-session messages and score records with game services and other participants. PHEONiiX Survivor uses a public MQTT relay through HiveMQ for co-op and scores.pheoniix.com for leaderboards. Public leaderboard entries display player names, scores and run statistics. Do not include private or sensitive information in player names or shared sessions. Some game pages also request fonts from Google’s font service.

Why we use this information

Browser data supports saved progress and preferences. Session information enables multiplayer play. Score records operate the leaderboard, and technical information supports delivery, security and troubleshooting. Service providers process information needed to provide those functions.

Retention and security

Leaderboard records are stored to maintain ongoing rankings rather than deleted at the end of each visit. Daily leaderboard backup snapshots are retained for 30 days; browser records remain subject to your browser controls. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting service’s configuration and policies. Access to administrative services is restricted, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Music and external websites

The Suno button opens our profile on Suno in a new tab. Music does not play automatically on the studio. Suno and the Next Genesis Sites link in the footer lead to external websites with their own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

You can browse the studio without starting a game or opening external links. Browser settings let you manage stored website data and cookies. Review game backup controls before clearing data, because this can remove saves and preferences. Avoid submitting identifying information in a player name. Rights to access, correct or delete server-held information may depend on your location and applicable law. A dedicated request email is being prepared and will be published below.
